The project scope includes the Interior Design of a Fine Dining restaurant located inside the luxurious Corinthia Hotel in Dubai. The goal of the project is to create a single luxurious dining space for without any division. Four restaurants (brasserie, fine dining, oyster bar and wine bar) will be blended together to be perceived as one big entity and, at the same time, have some specific features that make each area unique.
The customers will flow seamlessly from one restaurant to another, undergoing a complete sensorial experience. It will be a culinary journey inspired by the transatlantic cruises from the early 20th century.
In fact, the overall atmosphere, inspired by deco elegance, will be classic and sophisticated but yet contemporary, embracing the reminiscences of the transatlantic.
The materials have been selected to accentuate this concept: dark wood, brass and marble will accompany the customer through his journey. The oyster bar represents the prime focus of the project through its the spectacular shell-shaped structure made of precious metal tubes and Bohemian crystal balls suspended from the ceiling.
Located on the mezzanine floor, in a space protected but yet connected with the main restaurant, the VIP dining area welcomes the customers who prefer the intimacy of a private dinner.
