The Villa is located into an agricultural estate of 3 hectares set in a suggestive desert hilly landscape. The client’s desire is to live in contact with nature, in a real “farm”. Therefore, the design intent was to achieve the total integration between nature and built development.

The villa was born from nature and its volumes are like rocks carved in the desert. It is defined as a complex of two buildings with independent entrances under a large canopy that gives unity to the architectural complex.

The private building of the main villa is dedicated to family life while the main majlis to the reception of guests; the more formal rooms are connected to the roof terrace which is characterized by a majestic concrete “Arab tent” roof.

Each room of the villa enjoys magnificent 360 ° views towards the natural landscape of the farm, the equipped outdoor spaces, the six thematic gardens and the area of the oasis in front of the main front of the villa. The wellness area is provided of an indoor pool communicating with an outdoor pool that laps the desert hills forming small natural beaches and private solarium areas.

The presence of natural elements such as water and vegetation mitigate problems of natural ventilation, excessive heat and protection from solar glare, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay both indoors and outdoors of the villa, especially during long Arab summers.

Finally, the necessity to integrate the interior spaces with nature and the surrounding greenery results into the research of sophisticated architecture and contemporary design, defined by natural colors and materials such as stone, wood and pigmented concrete.
