The project for the new Cassa di Risparmio headquarters in Jesi won the first-place award in a National Design Competition. The design intent is based on the programmatic needs of the building and green areas, their integration with the site and a two-phase construction schedule. The building complex includes a main block located on a flat area overlooking the city of Jesi and a smaller block downhill. The open courtyard scheme follows a north-south orientation and overlooks the sport fields.

It is composed of two U-shaped buildings connected at their base by a flat block. The inner most block contains four floors and the outer block three floors. The flat block contains an above ground floor and two floors below ground. The court is enclosed by a bridge-like suspended block at the upper levels. The two U-shaped buildings are primarily composed of office spaces, except the internal block which contains public service facilities on the ground floor and first floor.

The circulation scheme of both blocks consists of a central hallway with rooms opened externally on two sides forming a ring crossed by other hallways that lead to the elevators and stairs.
The complex is composed of structural and typological modules excluding the service facilities; in which a series of simple block forms are used. For example: the towers for circulation purposes, the extreme sides with specific functions and the bays with common functions.
The towers form the vertical circulation systems. The modular bays enclose repetitive functions with a central hall providing the basis for spatial development of the workspaces.
